Account notifications
Choose how we contact you about important account activity. Some events (security, payouts, KYC) cannot be disabled.
Bet settlement
Email when one of your bets settles (won, lost, or void).
Daily summary
A morning email with yesterday's P&L, win rate, and aggregate CLV.
Drawdown alerts
Email when your drawdown exceeds 70% of the limit. Push notification when it exceeds 90%.
Phase transitions
Email when you pass a phase or move into review. Cannot be disabled.
Payout status
Email at every step of a payout request (submitted, under review, approved, paid). Cannot be disabled.
Security alerts
Sign-ins from new devices, password changes, 2FA changes. Cannot be disabled.
Channels
Where notifications are delivered. Email is always required for account-critical events.
